Welcome to napvila. By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Launch pricing and automatic bundle discounts are applied at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot fulfil; you will be refunded in full.

2. Shipping

Orders ship free within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping policy for details.

3. 30-night sleep trial, returns and warranty

Every Cloud Comforter comes with a 30-night sleep trial, free returns and a 1-year warranty as described in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and comforters need up to 24 hours to reach full loft after unpacking.

5. Intellectual property

The napvila name, logo, photographs and site content are owned by napvila and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, napvila is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
