30-night sleep trial

We want you to love your napvila Cloud Comforter. Sleep on it for up to 30 nights from the day it is delivered. If it is not the best comforter you have owned, email hello@napvila.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label at no cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. There are no restocking fees. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Email us within the 30-night window and we will arrange a size exchange at no cost.

Warranty

Every Cloud Comforter is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in stitching, tufting and shell fabric under normal use. Email us a photo and your order number and we will replace it.

Return condition

Please return the comforter in its original carry bag. Normal use is expected during the trial; we only ask that it is clean and free of damage beyond normal wear.
