Free US shipping

Every order shipped within the United States ships free, no minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our warehouse with tracking within 1-3 business days. US delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your comforter is on its way.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email hello@napvila.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but did not arrive, email us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.

International
