Every US order ships free. Orders leave our warehouse with tracking within 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 5-10 business days. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your comforter is on its way.
30-night sleep trial
Sleep on your Cloud Comforter for up to 30 nights. If it is not the best comforter you have owned, email hello@napvila.com within 30 nights of delivery and we will send a prepaid return label. Once the comforter is back with us, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fees.
1-year warranty
If the stitching, tufting or shell fails under normal use within one year, we replace it. Just email us a photo and your order number.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Email us and we will arrange a size exchange at no cost within the 30-night window.
